MoM code

Hallo friends,
has anyone made a code for scattering by a dielectric plate using MoM(Method of Moments)?My purpose is to extend that code to an inhomogeneous body and also use the Fast Multipole Method(FMM) which is-as you all probably know-maybe the most challenging algorithm of the last decade-to reduce the computational complexity.Could anyone help me with this topic and send me some code?
