30a power supply transformer

I am trying to design a metal stamping transformer for a 30A linear mode power supply. I have created the design sheet using Excel. Problem is, I do not know whether my calculation is correct or not. Can someone help me to verify? Attached is the Excel spread sheet. Really appreciate those who can help.

It is usually cheaper to buy a ready made transformer than to make one yourself. At one time, and possibly now, the transformer companies charged less for a custom designed one than a similar standard product.

I just setup a facility to produce the trasformer. Therefore, I need to design a transformer which can fit with my power supply circuit. Ready transformer does not meet my circuit requirement.
