combcop

After installation of Wasp-net 5.4 I'm found some discordance between the elements list in the manual and in the program. Many elements are absent in the program but present in the manual (for ex. 'Fi_postn' element). I'm edit the 'Elements.ini' file and add this element to list easy and successfully, but if somebody have the correct 'Elements.ini' file with all (available in manual) elements, please, post it here. In my version 89 elements presents in 'Elements.ini' file.

If possible, please, explain: How to insert new element into a element.ini. What mean numbers 2,4 or 0 after element's name?
I wrote "combcop,4,4" and after switch on "Run Main" I got a message:

* --- Wasp-Net ERROR => no. 11: Declaration error
in input file "C:\wasp_pr\10g_1cc.ntl"
The element "combcop" is not available!
