Ansoft designer bug

Hello;

I have installed Ansoft designer 1.0 with XP windows and I have remarked that it stops working for a moment from time to time ( not responding for few seconds) and it do that each 4-5 minuts, could any one confirm to me if it's normal or a bug? Perhaps I have miss installed my Ansoft.
