how i print mask
,is the mask print with its actual dimensions,
Hi
One of the best Large scale printing tools is Hyperplot
from pinebush.com
HyperPlot is the undisputed standard for plotting in the semiconductor and EDA industries with over 35,000 engineers worldwide relying on its optimised print engine.
(Pinebush's HyperPlot software can be used to rasterize GDSII or MEBES data for plotting to large-format HP plotters.)

I have realy big problems using a Laser Printer.... The hot causes deformations on the sheet.
When I need precisition, I get DXF output file (scale 1:1), then I read it on CAM350 and make positive or negative image and print on a file .eps (the driver is a feii printer. Realy it's a printer that a compani has for "postcript filmation", it's a company for publicity and banner design. This printer get only images on "transparent sheets" and with a resolution bigger than 9600 dpi. Quite enoug for most of designs and with no problems on deformation... and it's not realy too expensive... 5 Eur/A4
I advice you to look for a place to get this, expecialy if you work on higth frequency.
I agree with tapa, laser printers are not good for mask print.
Inkjet prnter is good choice, some models are with 2400dbi resolution in color mode. In this case you'll need and special transparent film for inkjet printers.
For high resolution I also make films in printing company, 2?/B1 :)
