How to decide when to use Solve Inside or not?

Dear All,
I am working with HFSS 9 and I am designing the inductor. When we are defining the material properties, then other than conductors it takes as Solver inside (by default ) . But the matter of conductor comes then, we have it takes ( by default) no solve inside , if we give the conductor solve inside then the result (S-parameters) changes drastically.
Can anybody tells whether in inductor design we have to take solve inside for the conductors or not ?
With Regards,

Solve inside calculates conduction losses more accuratly. For example in printed inductors in order to calculate the L you can calculate without solve inside - but if you need an accurate Q factor (that depends drastically on R) you need to set solve inside.
In general if the skin depth is about one third of the conductor (minimum) width you should turn on solve inside.
