HFSS COAXIAL SIMUL:how to use waveport to extract S-param

Hi!
I'm currently working about hyperthermia treatment and i need to simulate a coaxial with SMA-port than will be used to mesure permitivity of human tissus.
My problem is that i've designed my coax but i dont know how to use a wave port to extract parameters. I would like to obtain S-parameter=function(frequency) ->graph.
Can you help me?
So my questioni is: can somebody see my hfss file and complete it and explain me how to use HFSS to extract S parameters.

Ps: I think we've to set an impedance 50ohm at the other side of the coax.
