[@DS] package design tutorial is needed!!

Hi, I'm designing LTCC structures using @DS layout tools.
How can I implement elements with 'the package' design (including bonding wires connected with leads out of the package)
I need a help about this problem.
Can you anybody here give me some favorable help~
