How to get a signal into one point in frequency domain?

hi!
in time domain it is possible to use probes to get the signal (e-field, h-field) into one point. how can i get the signal into one point in frequency domain?

thx for your answer. I know that this is working fine in transient solver. but I want to do a Frequency analysis.
for ex: I have an object, in transient solver i can choose a probe, and i get the field information. using the same object i want to do a an analysis in frequency domain. so, my question is: how can i get the field information inside of my object?
