Eagleware acquired by Agilent

Anyone have any thoughts on this? It was announced today that Eagleware-Elanix was acquired by Agilent. I wonder what effects this has on the Eagleware software tools?

Any thoughts?

This same question was asked earlier today. The reply was that the cost would go up 4x and the functionality would decline by 2x.
