for Mom, you can refer to Roger F. harrington's classic book

I uploaded "MoM by Harrington" in EDA E-books Upload/Download

Swanson's book, cited above, is the best reference I've seen to date that makes a detailed comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of each of various solvers all in one text. Strongly recommended for anyone working with EM software.
