How to get the frequency between nonidentical cavities

I'm a new hand on microwave design.
Right now I met a question about the coupling coefficient between nonidentical microwave cavities.I choose Eigenmode,in the analyse setup I set the 'number of' 2.After the simulation finisher I got Mode1 ang Mode2,so there are two frequency f1 f2.
Can I caculate the coefficient by using the formula k=|f2-f1|*2/(f1+f2) ?
