the interior wedge diffraction coefficients?

Hi,can you help me?
I need these coefficents very much, but i can't find the formula in any articles available.
Maybe in the paper -"Monostatic radar cross section anlaysis",i can get somthing, but unfortunately ,i have no access to this paper.
