2c39 tube

Hello!

I am looking for s2p files for the 2C39 (or 2C39A) tube in grounded grid and
grounded cathode configuration, frequency at least up to 1 GHz.

Anyone?

This valve/tube has not been manufactured for 50+ years. Your best bet would be to get the data (capacitances and mu) from the data sheet and make a paper two port model like Z, Y, or hybrid. Then convert the values to S parameters.

One effect you may not be able to find is from the finite transient time of the electrons causing the input impedance and the gain to change.
