Which software is best suited for simulation of directional couplers (frequency 40 MHz to 3 GHz)? ADS? Ansoft? What else?

ansoft and ads are for planar couplers, there are also IE3D Microwave Studio, and FEKO, but I am not sure which will give you the most accurate results
