Flip chip simulation in HFSS

You could do it in HFSS and in SIwave. It all dependes what is the problem you are trying to solve.

I also need some help simulating flip chip. Is the best tool for doing this in HFSS or can one use ADS? Do anyone know any good references that might come in handy? Any webpages , books for this kind of simulation.
