RF Hardware System Senior Integration Engineer[/COLOR]
1.Education background: BS/MS/PHD. Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related;
2.BS with 6+ (or MS/PHD with 3+) years experience on BTS/Node-B product development, with direct experience on at least two areas: system design, system integration, system testing, HW-RF, FPGA or Digital, Embedded software. More is better. With direct experience on system Integration in product development is highly preferred;
3.Strong knowledge on communication theory, signal processing. Be familiar with at least one of the following standards, especially requirements on RF performance and test specifications:
- GSM
- WCDMA/HSPA/HSPA+
- CDMA/EVDO,
- TD-SCDMA,
- WiMax,
- LTE.
4.Good understanding of R&D process, very good at quality control - be able to verify and gate development teams' delivery. Be able to help project manager in risk management during the system integration and system test process;
5.Willing to take challenging tasks, with good communication and leadership skills. Be able to drive cross-functional team to meet tight project schedule with good quality;
6.Be Able to work efficiently in a project team, also interfacing to other technology areas
7.Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
8.Other requirements: Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment; team work capabilities
