源端电感负反馈LNA的稳定性问题

最近在看源端电感负反馈低噪放Cascode CS Stage with Inductive Degeneration,典型结构如下
在拉扎维的射频电子学260页有这么一段话,In modernRF design, on the other hand, the load impedance of the LNA (the input impedance of the
on-chip mixer) is relatively well-controlled, making K a pessimistic measure of stability.
Also, since the LNA output is typically not matched to the input of the mixer, S22 is not a
meaningful quantity in such an environment.
现在都是源端电感负反馈加一个cascode管子,后面如果接passive mixer,怎么评估和仿真电路的稳定性问题・_・?spectre里面的sp仿真是kf和b1f,但是这两个是从s参数推出来的,请大神帮忙解答,谢谢
