AMS仿真 ncelab cannot find any unit under ~~~

ncelab: *W,CUNOUN: Cannot find any unit under basic.cds_thru.spectre in the design libraries.ncelab: *E,CUCFUN: instance 'I11 of the unit cds_thru' is unresolved in 'pllmml.dts:schematic'.
综合出来的verilog文件，导入到cadence里面的的时候，自己生成了很多cds_thru的短路元件，

这个元件在spectre仿真器里面是可以正常仿真的，但使用AMS时候就出现上述错误，找不到元件！

这个问题不知道怎么解决，清大家帮个忙

我用的user6 MIM720，难道版本不够新?

解决了么?

看起来是因为参数没有单位，比如A,s，V等
