求助啊各位大佬关于HSPICE元件库的使用

我一共两个文件一个是我编写的程序 一个是元件库,还有一个图片是我仿真的截图 不知道问题出在哪 毕业设计 很急啊

试试把子电路中mos管的模型名"nch.1"和“pch.1"改为”nch“和”pch“。
模型库中MOS模型名后面的数字".1"是为了根据不同的W,L值给模型分段,在使用mos管时是不会加数字的。
