Because the AMS simulation is different from spectre, so we must use the CIW-Conversion Tool Box-AMS simInfo form Spectre to creat the simulation information of the PDK.
我做了如下尝试：
CIW-Conversion Tool Box-AMS simInfo form Spectre
liberary name：the library name of the PDK:chrt18base
process allcells in the library:select
process only cells with the following view:not
if AMS simulation information exists:
only copy termmapping field:not
overwrite ams simulation information:select
mark a cell as a primitive:
if any of modelmame/model/modelname are found:select
if the cell has a spectre view:select
但是还是没有成功，本站上也有人提过类似问题，但是没有人说得很详细啊！
有遇到过这个问题又成功解决的吗?

CIW也提示已经有了rm1的AMS simInfo
为什么还会出现这个错误?高手指点下啊！
