这是由于model文件里的语法格式，spectre无法识别造成的
打开你的model文件，在报错行附近删除换行链接符号“+”前的空格行，错误就没了
例如下面一段网表：
d0 (p n) diode_va area=area pj=pj shrink=shrink（这种情况下仿真会报错，将下面几行空格行删除即可）

果然解决了几个error，不过我有好几十个error，一个一个改好像真的很费劲，而且剩下的错误又变了，是说mc变量未定义，也是scs文件，chrt18rf这个工艺库真的很复杂，要是有smic大家通用的工艺库可以共享就好了~
