我安装了ic610，画版图有问题 求助

我安装的RHEL 6.1 和ic610 画原理图可以，但是在自动生成版图的时候出现了问题，
我是用connectivity>generate>all from source 来生成的，不知到有没有问题，出现下面的错误 有没有人知道怎么解决
