同问，在pdk里看到乐，不过不知道怎么用

Seal ring is the ring between chip die and surrounding scribe line to protect die from damage when the die is cut from the wafer.

怎么画一般在厂家的design rule里面会说的。会有详细的纵向剖面图和尺寸画法。
一般就是（psub工艺）：diff-pimp-cont-m1-via1-m2-via2-topmetal-pad
相邻的cont，via层的图形必须错开。有时cont，via并不是画成一个一个小方块，而是一个长条。

還有防水氣由 wafer 側邊進入 IC 的功能. 所以 VIA / Contact 都打一條的.

防切割应力，放空气中杂质、游离物质渗入，外围衬底的良好接触

水汽。怎么防?

seal ring,隔离环，把芯片比作房子的话，seal ring就是四面墙。
