请教一下,simulink对PLL的仿真
我很久以前做过这个,simulink都是理想模型,应该不能做噪声分析
不是很理想的模型,不好搞。
如果自己对这些非理想情况建模呢?
Matlab可加白噪声,比如要考虑VCO的1/ f^2的噪声,把它转化为加在控制电压上的白噪声用 simulink仿真,有 相关的论文介绍.
用什么样的工具看噪声的情况呢?
你可以自己对噪声进行建模,相关的文献有很多
用matlab来作程序也很简单的
In Cadence MMSIM62, you can use the Noise-Aware PLL flow to do this.
Spectre RF provides an automatic flow to improve the simulation of PLLs. For each
constitutive PLL part (such as a PFD, LPF, VCO, or divider) a series of pre-defined analyses
is done with an appropriate SKI plug-in module. The SKI module is responsible for gathering
the output data of the simulation, interpreting the data, and outputting an appropriate
Verilog-A or CMI model, and a corresponding schematic view. Spectre RF combines these
models to simulate the whole PLL.
Because non-linear model PPV model is used here, you can this flow to simulate the injection pulling effect or
power supply noise interference effect. It is considered as most advanced technique in the industry to simulate PLL.
at simulink' ams there are simulink block for colored noise
it is used for sigma-delta's simulation
it can also used for pll's colored noise source
you can find some matlab file at matlab website (the file exchange)

可以带噪声模型进行仿真的,论坛上有人发过关于PLL和ADC的simulink模型,白噪声和1/f都可以加,并且可以观察输出的jitter值,很实用的。
