关于pole/zero和settling time 之间的关系
有没有小牛对此有研究的,给点建议,应该怎么设置该doublet?

按道理说带宽影响很小的,个人觉得把doublet都调小也可以,这样抵消的程度会相对大些
From the standpoint of small signal, assume under the unit feedback condition,following equation can help you to estimate the doublet affect on the settling:
Vout=Vin*(1-exp(-t/TGBW)-(Dpz/TGBW)*exp(-t/Tp))
Note: TGBW is the time constant of GBW, Dpz is the difference of pole-zero doublet, Tp is the pole time constant of the doublet.

说说自己的认识:pole/zeros对settlingtime 的影响主要在两点:1.pole/zero的频率,频率越高对settlingtime的影响越小。2.pole/zero的距离,距离越长对settlingtime影响越小。
