请教大家一个后仿问题
这样在后仿中电阻就没办法用model中的dl、dw和温度系数之类的参数了
俺也不知道,正想学,呵呵
一般是用一個 script (such as a Perl script)
將 post-layout extracted raw netlist 當中的 字串作轉換
$w= ... 轉成 w= ...
$l= ...轉成 l= ... , etc.
電阻值的那個 filed 完全濾除
如果電阻有 bulk connection, (如下例)
$SUB=VSSA
把VSSA 這個 node 塞到 the third terminal

Raw pex netlist:
rXI156/XI5/RR1 XI156/XIt/net0193 XI156/XI5/net089 ppolyf_u_2k 56336.4 w=5e-07
+ l=1.25e-05$SUB=VSSA
After Perl-script processing:
XrXI56/XI5/RR1 XI156/XI5/net0193 XI56/XI5/net089 VSSA ppolyf_u_2k w=5e-07 l=1.25e-5
我看pre文件中的宽长是提出来的,就是输出网表的时候不能输出我要的格式,我也在CDF中spice网标格式中设置过,但是没起作用,我看calibre后仿电阻
也是提成值了,不像管子那样,这样如果电阻dl,dw比较大的话,后仿最后电阻值
和前仿有时候差很多
能否参照pre文件说明一下?不胜感激
What netlister are you using when you generate your pre-layout simulation and LVS netlist?
Note that CDL netlist format is different from Hspice simulation netlist format.
CDL netlist is what we use for LVS and it must have the information of device dimensions.
For Hspice simulations, we use HspiceD netlister to generate the netlist we need.
There are quite a few options in Calibre xRC when extracting the device dimension information and back-annotate to the post-layout neltist.I simply cannot name them all.
