关于ADC的有效精度

做了个10bit的SAR ADC，仿真数据导出到matlab上计算，得到的有效精度为10.2 bit，请问这样正常吗?

说明您的ADC没有其他非理想性，只有量化噪声。SAR一般测出来的效果都很好。

Only possible if the following conditions hold:
- No nonideal effects, perfectly match of analog components
- No noise, no distortion-contributed power.
- Quantization "noise" power is not accounted up to Nyquist frequency (i.e., 1/2 F_sampling)
