用Assura RCX提取参数遇到的问题？

用Assura跑一个版图的 RCX 的时候报错“The number of errors was detected in Run Detail Tab:1”
其中有warning说 “.tpl file was not loaded for some reasons”, 这个.tpl文件是如何获得的?之前还要进行什么步骤?
另外两个warning是
“SNA Tech Dir is not a directory, trying the default SNA Tech Dir”,
“Default SNA Tech Dir is not a directory, replace with the current directory”
SNA Tech Dir 是什么?
请高手多多指教！
