网络中就一个协调器和一个终端设备。

上面的设置中，如果我把-DRFD_RCVC_ALWAYS_ON=FALSE 改成 -DRFD_RCVC_ALWAYS_ON=ON ，就一切正常，无乱码。

低功耗模式下，晶振及振荡器是关闭的，串口不能正常工作
