CCS安装新器件，WIN XP就不能用了吗？

在搞CC2640R2F，导入CCS工程时，出现提示：

Updates不管用时，出现 的提示是这样的：

使用App Center来装，但它也不听话了：

这个问题到底是怎么回事？
