D-cap2优点是不需要补偿,可以选用小ESR的电容

•D-CAP mode
–With specialty polymer capacitors, easy to design, a little sensitive to layout (VFB and GND) but almost equivalent performance to I-mode.
–First recommendation to general NB customers.
•D-CAP2 mode (Emulated Current Mode or similar schemes)
–When ceramic output caps are required, less sensitive to layout (less jitter).
–Output voltage accuracy is degraded by emulated current information (same as current mode).
–Compensation network is fixed inside the IC, so easy to select external components (but cannot optimize the performance to each application).
–First recommendation to consumer applications customers who want to use ceramic output capacitor.
•D-CAP+ (On-Time Current Mode)
–When ceramic output caps are required, less sensitive to layout (less jitter).
–Needs further knowledge to select right parameters.
–Recommended for highly skilled customers with dedicated power specialist(s), and for customers/applications who appreciate the benefit of droop management.

我个人的体会是,先选择应用,比如输入输出电压,电流特性;其次再去选控制模式,因为这些控制模式并不代表每种控制模式都有相应的芯片涵盖所有的应用。
