I've got your sample :DCP010512DBP. I need set up 2V voltage for it's SYNCin, so select RB & CEXTRA, reference your  
"SBAA035B – MARCH 2000 – REVISED JULY 2009:  FIGURE 10. Connecting a Bleed Resistor."

so think know range of 2V & 48μA, that it's norm.
