BQ40Z50R1 insert Chem ID appear unstable(flash) screen

We use Chem ID 2012 (2012 SREC) insert to Panasonic NCR18650B cell by EV2300,  you can see some parameter are flashing as attached PowerPoint.

我們也有跑GPC tool, GPC report 裏頭有2052 及2012. 當我們使用Chem ID=2052 時, 這閃爍現象即無出現,

(1) 植入2012 SREC為何會有這種現象? 

(2) 我們很好奇植入2012 SREC過程出現overflow現象, 如果經過learning cycle, 量產出貨會有問題嗎?

chemID不会对芯片或者通讯造成不稳定。 有可能是srec文件有顺坏。 可以尝试烧入2052 srec之后， 再 尝试烧写2012 chemID, 检查是否正常。

Chem ID就算選擇錯誤, 如果再經過Learning cycle , 就只會影響max error (準確度) , 對嗎?

看max error更新的状态，对应Qmax 和 RA- table的值的更新

試過了, 還是一樣出現畫面閃爍現象, 還有任何建議嗎?
