BQ24133 buck not working

Dear Sir,

I have been debugging the circuit of  BQ24133 for 3cell (12.5V)battery.

currently,having replaced new IC , I checkd the pin voltage as follwing,
Vref=3,3v
Regn=6V
AVCC=16.6V
ACDRV=16.4v ( after checked the EVM, it sould be 21v )
TS=2.68v
VSYS=15.5v
BAT=0.8V ( we set cell to vref, it should be 12.5v )
/batdrv=15.565v
ovpset=1.45v
acset=0.8v
iset=0.2v
pvcc=15.5v
SW=0.2v ( Obuviously , the switching doesn't work)

the STAT LED is blinking. it seems there is a problem somewhere in the circuit.

Could you please give me some direction of debug? Thanks.

Seems it is casued by the Cold Temp. protection.

Regarding your description ,TS=2.68V, so we get Vts/Vref=2.68/3.3=0.812 , obviously, it is higher than Vltf(74.5%).

If there isn't NTC connected during test, please adding a 10K OHM resistor to replace it.
