请问

（1）SN74LVCH16T245在VCCA或VCCB只有一个电源有电的情况下，输出为高阻吗？

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications usingI off .The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current back flow through the device when it is powered down

（2）假设方向为A-->B（3.3V转5V），某种工况下VCCA电源失电，但A侧输入有电压，器件是否会损坏？如果不会，输出为高阻？
