请教大家SN74AVCBH164245的问题,到底能不能做3.3-》5的电平转换
今天看了下SN74AVCBH164245的DS 似乎不支持3.3<->5的电平转换啊。但是TI的选型介绍上又说支持。。不知道哪位用过,能否告知下谢谢。。
下面把两个地方的介绍贴上来给大家看看。
DATASHEET里面的介绍:
This 16-bit (dual-octal) noninverting bus transceiver uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. The A-port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts any supply voltage from 1.4 V to 3.6 V. The B-port is designed to track VCCB. VCCB accepts any supply voltage from 1.4 V to 3.6 V. This allows for universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between any of the 1.5-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V voltage nodes.
The SN74AVCBH164245 is designed for asynchronous communication between data buses. The device transmits data from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic level at the direction-control (DIR) input. The output-enable (OE) input can be used to disable the outputs so the buses are effectively isolated.
但是TI网站上的介绍又是说
的确是不支持,还是以data sheet中内容为准。显然这里应该填入RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS的值
网页上的5V只是Vcc的最大极值(-0.5 to 4.6V),请严格按照推荐工作条件来应用。
如果你需要3.3 to 5V转换,请用SN74LVC16T245.
