安装synplify2012出现的问题

本人最近安装synplify2012，使用的是installer_v2.7,scl_11.3,出现如下情况，如何解决?请高人指点一下，谢谢！

但是实际上在这个文件夹下是有安装文件的，为什么找不到呢?
