求助格纹这个怎么解决呀，用虚拟机安装 sentaurus在验证license时出现(lmgrd) Failed to open the TCP port number in the license.
运行 GENESISe时出现

按照manual把license重新做一遍，还有.bashrc配置文件里面lisence的路径写对了没
