Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

? Proven ability to work with multi-site and multi-disciplinary teams
? Proven track record in managing the definition of complex chip designs from concept to mass production

? Expert programming in C/C++, Verilog, System Verilog, Python or Perl
2、Audio Software Engineer
Will serve as a key member of Magnum's Audio team. Develop and maintain a variety of audio codecs (AC3, AAC, DTS, MP3, WMA…), audio drivers, and post-processors on MIPS 24Kc core.
Requirement:
-In-depth knowledge of audio codec and effect processing.
-Proficiency in structured C/C++ language coding.
-Good English communication skills.
-Hands-on design experience in embedded system.
The candidate meet the following requirements will be preferred:
-Familiar with MIPS 24K CPU.
-Design experience in advanced audio codecs.
-Understanding design tradeoffs to meet system constraints.
-Familiar with Vxworks OS, Windriver Tools.
3、 AV System Software Engineer.
The candidate will be responsible for the design, development and support of current and new features for customer platforms as well as reference systems and will lead the design and development of real-time multithreaded embedded systems and develop core drivers and services for high-performance multimedia hardware.
Requirements and Qualifications:
? BSEE/CE/CS + 10 yrs. related exp. in hardware and/or software engineering
? Fully proficient in C development
? Leading experience in embedded systems development
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent communication skills, both within the team, and across the organization

4、 QA Engineer
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of applicable experience in software development or quality assurance.
C/C++ programming experience is plus
Solid programming skills/experience on automation framework is plus
Solid real-time embedded firmware and testing ability.
Experience in scripting languages (Perl, Python is prefer)
Knowledge of real-time operating systems
Linux/Unix knowledge is a must.
Proven leadership skills and ability to define and manage projects.
Excellent analysis and design skills
Excellent documentation skills
Independent work ethic to bring tasks to completion
Experience with source control systems such as ClearCase, CVS and Mercurial is plus

5、Software Engineer
Requirements:
EE or CS.
+3 years on on embedded system software engineering and C/C++ development.
+2 years experience with Audio/Video streaming framework.
Proficient at object oriented development.
Proficient at real-time MPEG2/H.264 decode and encode flow.
Experience with transport mux, demux filters.
Know about the embedded CPU architecture like MIPS.
Experience with Clearcase and Mercurial.
Flexibility to work on several tasks in a short time frame.
Fluent English. Good communication skills
6、Senior Verification Engineer
Job Requirements:
- BSEE & 3+ years ASIC Verification experience (MSEE preferred).
- Strong Scripting language experience (i.e. Perl, Shell, Python)
- Strong verification experience with SystemVerilog, OVM, etc is a big plus.
- C / C++ & Verilog experience.
- Experience with embedded microprocessors (i.e. MIPS, ARM, SPARC, etc).
- Memory systems and Memory controller experience (i.e. DDR2, 3, etc.)
- SOC Architecture design and implementation knowledge.
- Experience on XML based database etc is also a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of development & deployment of verification methodology scripting (python based).
- Developing and maintaining test plans, constrained random verification environment, etc.
- Planning & execution of system and block level verification.
7、Software Build Engineer
The developer will lead the effort to drive full automation of the source code releases strategy using UNIX and windows environments. The developer will have to work cross-functionally to resolve internal and external issues using creativity and collaboration across the organization. The successful candidate must be able to manage large software code bases and contribute to the system software development activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
? BSEE/CE/CS + 5 yrs. related exp. in software engineering;
? Fully proficient in C/C++ development
? Experience in manage and control of source code repository such as Clearcase , Clearcase MultiSite and Mercurial.
? Experience Unix/Linux utilities, Makefile, Shell, Perl and Python scripting
? Build experience on Apache, tomcat, JIRA and clearQuest using parallel build techniques and tools like Electric Cloud.
? Experience on embedded systems including device drivers and custom HW interfaces
? OS: VxWorks, Linux
Considered a plus, not required:
