Question : TSMC 0.25 + Photodiode

Just want to know that can TSMC 0.25 can support
1.  Up to 5V Voltage.
2. Photodiode layer
I find out TSMC 0.25 High Voltage can support up to 50V Voltage but I am not sure there has a photodiode layer on that.
Please help me ！

For tsmc 0.25 digital (with an epitaxial layer about 8um)

1. No problem, analog part support up to 5V
2. what do you mean by "a photodiode layer"? I've used tsmc 0.25 digital to realize the photodiode.

    Can you talk more on the photodiode implementation on TSMC digital process? Thanks

I think that the substrate & well (P-sub & Nwell normally) can form a photodiode. But it may not be very effictive.
Someone can give more details?
