但是这样的话,可能在最终流片的时候出现一些问题,譬如不稳定什么。毕竟亚阈值状态对工艺要求比较高。我查阅了一些成功的亚阈值电路,这些电路无一例外地采用了简单运放,而不是folded-cascode这种稍微复杂些的运放。这可是个颇耐人寻思的问题啊。

The AC performance, stability and output dynamic range of a folded cascode amplifier is built upon a stable DC bias, especially the ratiometic bias currents between the output stage and the input stage, which are hinged on the good matching of the current mirrors. Unfortunately, current mirrors doesn't work well at sub-threshold therefore you won't see a lot of folded cascode amplifiers work in this region.
