轨到轨  一般都在google翻译中找  再结合相关资料

我觉得是网络的意思差不多，第一个就是供电网络，第二个我在一篇论文上看到是轨到轨（rail to rail amplify），不过感觉这里解释成 满幅值是不是更好点。
