How to decide capacitor size？

I am designning a 5 bit flash ADC,
and I am confused about the capacitor size,
I think it's decided by KT/C noise,
but the total noise should be 32*(KT/C) or KT/32C ?

I think is 32*(KT/C) ,because the noise is add
