Look at circuit from output, the resistance you can "see" is Output Load Resistance; similary, look at circuit from input, the resistance you can "see" is Input Source Resistance. Bear in mind, these Resistance maybe not be the value of actual resistor at the load/souce, but the comibiation of several components and next stage IC.
