求助esd问题

各位前辈，请问什么跟什么之间需要用到esd呢?我在提一块芯片的电路，初学模拟电路的，不知道画电路的时候VDD加在哪里，也就是说，用相机拍下来的图片怎么知道那个连线接的是VDD呢?接地的是有一个引脚，我总是找不到VDD应该接哪里！谢谢，在线等求助！

要看你提的是BIPOLAR 还是MOS器件，先连线，然后分析他的走线，根据你以前所学的知识就能知道哪端连的是VDD了
关于ESD，他是接在PAD上的，防止PAD击穿，保护整个电路的，通常是连在正电源一端的

是mos器件啊，是个电源管理的芯片，老师的解释我不懂，有人说先找反向器，接P管的就是vdd，连线好多没把握，所以进度好慢，无赖啊

做反向首先就是要把电源与地线找出来
听说有个反向工具chipsmith比较好使
但要求去那个叫啥圣景微电子的公司拍照
单纯的ESD保护电路结构不会很复杂
关键是原理
