是版本问题
不知道是因为INNOVUS51的安装包下载的不全（虽然iscape正常安装了），还是其他问题。
我换成INNOVUS152版本就没有这个问题了。
还有注意OA路径不需要改的。
我安装了两次INNOVUS151都失败了，综上还是换INNOVUS152版本吧哈
