Cadence IC 610 Installation guide and correct license

Hi
if you have installed ic610 please share the installation steps and correct license. I downloaded the license files in this forum and tested them but all of them was incorrect one.
I already have the ic 5141 in my computer. Is there any confilict. Please help me.
