请问在座各位老师前辈,用ISE——tcad仿真 mix-mode模式不收敛怎么办?我的步长已经改得很小了,是不是我的程序有问题?我把远程序贴上来大家一起帮我看看吧!死活就是不收敛!就是看ESD对SCR的反映了
