pdk 安装目录

最近下了个tsmc18rf的pdk，安装的时候遇到问题，输入了安装目录后，总是提示Directory or file exists！ Aborting Instal！安装终止，不知到是什么原因?求解。

Probably you dont need to install the pdk. You can just include the technology directly in your cds.lib file.

报错很清楚...
